Behind RomanSQ is a husband and wife duo who, amongst their many interests, share a passion for eating and cooking well.
Having eaten their way through the world in a previous life, an accidental detour from Miami to Tampa led them to Sarasota. A 180-degree lifestyle change presented itself, and they took it.
Bringing authentic Roman pizza to life meant going back to school: training with the world's masters and dedicating the time to research ingredients, prep, and craft each pizza with care.
