WOW. The BEST Italian pizza I've ever had in the USA. The dough is incredible and the toppings are fresh and perfectly balanced. Tom and Hoa are passionate about their craft and it shows in every bite. If you haven't been here yet, you are missing out.
Artfully-crafted pizza, by incredibly delightful people. This is not your ordinary pizza joint. The attention to every detail is remarkable — from the 96-hour fermented dough to the hand-selected ingredients. A true hidden gem in Sarasota.
Probably the best Roman pizza in the Southeast. The Carbonara is outstanding — rich, silky, perfectly crisp on the bottom. Come early, they sell out. Seriously. Don't be that person who shows up at 7pm and goes home empty-handed.
I've been to Rome multiple times and this is the real deal. The pizza al taglio here is as authentic as anything I've had in Italy. Light, airy dough with incredible crust and fresh toppings. Tom clearly knows what he's doing.

I've lived in Sarasota for 15 years and this is without question the best thing to happen to the local food scene. Hoa and Tom pour everything into this. The pizza speaks for itself but the warm welcome makes it even better.
